SeeNowDo

This tool has a very good board, acceptable permission control and in general works fine for Scrum projects. The major problem is that it is... slow.

First, you need to create a project and an iteration inside the project. Unfortunately, there is no way to manage backlog, everything should be in iterations, which is bad.

Task board is very good. You can add stories and tasks, collapse stories, resize columns, resize tasks, inline edit tasks — all good and helpful.

There are serious problems with performance and stability though. Sometimes server does not response, often adding entities takes up to 10 seconds. So this may be a problem in production usage.

Pros Cons
  • Usability is good
  • Task board is really nice
  • Recent activities view
  • Basic permissions

  • Performance
  • No backlog
